In alignment with the Higher Education Commission’s (HEC), SZABIST University Larkana proudly launches its Mentoring Program for Universities (MPU) 2026. This initiative is designed to foster leadership, professional development, and an inclusive academic culture within the university.
Understanding the evolving socio-cultural and professional landscape of Pakistan, SZABIST Larkana has developed a comprehensive mentoring framework that extends beyond faculty and administrative staff to include student peer mentoring. This approach ensures that mentorship becomes a continuous learning process across all levels of the university.
The program connects mentors and mentees in a structured, goal-oriented relationship where mentors act as guides, coaches, and role models, supporting mentees in achieving their academic, professional, and personal goals. Through this initiative, SZABIST University Larkana aims to create a dynamic environment that promotes confidence, collaboration, leadership, and lifelong learning, while strengthening connections within the university community

The Mentoring Program will be conducted over a period of three (03) months:

Mentees benefit from guidance, support, and a structured approach to achieving their goals.
A successful mentoring relationship requires mutual commitment, trust, and active participation from both mentor and mentee.

𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 (𝐌𝐏𝐂) at SZABIST University Larkana held a meeting on Thursday, April 9, 2026.
The meeting was chaired by 𝐃𝐫. 𝐙𝐚𝐡𝐢𝐝𝐚 𝐀𝐛𝐫𝐨, Chairperson MPC and Vice Chairperson GEIIC, Head of Campus, SZABIST University Larkana.
The meeting focused on Reviewing the effectiveness of the program and finalizing the process to be followed for the effective implementation of the Mentorship Programme moving forward.

A successful Mentorship Program orientation session was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Zahida Abro, Chairperson MPC & HOC SZABIST University Larkana, bringing together mentors and mentees from faculty and staff. The session highlighted the importance of collaboration, guidance, and professional growth within our academic community.
